In mid-October 2021, the SGS agency sent four engineers including Zhang Bolin to conduct an on-site review of our company`s laboratory application for QTL qualification authorization. This review reviewed the laboratory`s system documents and their implementation in accordance with "CNAS-CL01, ISO17025, SHHL-SOP-PC-001" and other standards, and verified the testing related to EN 817, GB18145, GB/T23448 and other standards. Laboratory activities such as equipment capabilities, personnel capabilities, and testing capabilities involved in the project. This is after our company`s laboratory has been accredited by CNAS, it has once again been awarded SGS qualification certification with its complete internal and external quality control capabilities, and has become a witness laboratory of SGS. This means that in the future, our company will carry out testing cooperation, technical exchanges and Personnel training, integrating the advantages and resources of both parties, improving the efficiency of R&D and testing of new products, speeding up the process of performance testing and reliability testing of export products, and helping products quickly enter the target market. As an internationally recognized third-party testing and certification organization, SGS has always been at the forefront of the industry, actively participating in the formulation of international regulations and standards, has a more professional interpretation and testing practices for various standards, and has a more timely insight into the international market environment and technological development. Since the completion of the main experience acceptance of the Amico Xiang'an Road electroplating project in early January this year, it has been rushing all the way, and finally completed the installation of three main line production equipment and wastewater and exhaust gas treatment facilities in the near future, and started the corresponding empty machine commissioning.
At present, the preparation of the tank solution for one of the main lines has been completed, and the debugging results have been analyzed, so that the tank solution will gradually reach the best state, and the process parameters will be determined simultaneously, so as to start trial production as soon as possible and achieve stable mass production.
